Classes are 7:00 to 9:30 pm every Thursday starting 2/9/12 Classes cover a wide array of Thai entrees, appetizers, soups, salads, desserts. You will learn about Thai herbs and spices and taken through all phases of making the dishes including garnishing and presentation. Classes are hands-on..you will cook! You will sit and eat the delicious food you prepare in each class and get to take home some along with Phensri's personalized recipes, for all dishes, at the end of each class.
