In short, it was a terrific experience. Your generosity, warmth, and humor made the cooking experience feel like home. The trek out to NJ from Manhattan was well worth the trip: five and a half hours and 4 dishes later, it was clear that this is not just a typical cooking class but rather an experience. The food itself was obviously delicious and the tips, recipes, and hands-on approach will be useful as we try to recreate these recipes at home. Most impressively, however, your dedication to the art of cooking and building a community of students is so refreshing in a business that can often be impersonal and cold. The ongoing communication with students--via email, Skype, and the website--makes the class more than just a one time event (though the day was incredible). We both look forward to keeping in touch and participating in future events and classes. I would enthusiastically recommend Fantastic Thai to anyone. Thanks again for a wonderful day! |
