I just wanted to say thank you for accommodating S.... and me at your Old
Bridge class a couple of weeks ago. In short, it was a terrific experience.
Your generosity, warmth, and humor made the cooking experience feel like
The trek out to NJ from Manhattan was well worth the trip: five and a half
hours and 4 dishes later, it was clear that this is not just a typical
cooking class but rather an experience. The food itself was obviously
delicious and the tips, recipes, and hands-on approach will be useful as we
try to recreate these recipes at home. Most impressively, however, your
dedication to the art of cooking and building a community of students is so
refreshing in a business that can often be impersonal and cold.
The ongoing communication with students--via email, Skype, and the
website--makes the class more than just a one time event (though the day was
incredible). We both look forward to keeping in touch and participating in
future events and classes. I would enthusiastically recommend Fantastic Thai

Cooking Classes via Webcam / SKYPE. Take the classes anywhere in the world
Fantastic Thai Cuisine,a New York-based cooking
service, has used the social-media platform Skype created in
March called "Skype in the Classroom" to find students
interested in Thai herbs and spices.
The company also has 10 students, in the U.S., Thailand, the
U.K. and Jamaica, taking Thai cooking lessons at about $30 an
hour. "[We're] inside...
of their kitchen and they're inside of our kitchen," says Darien
Francis, business manager. The company sends "starter packets"
of fish sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass and basil before the
first class and emails instructions so everything is ready to go
